OBJECTIVE

The role of a mechanical engineer is to take a product from an idea to the marketplace. In order to accomplish this, a broad range of skills are needed. The mechanical engineer needs to acquire particular skills and knowledge. He/she needs to understand the forces and the thermal environment that a product, its parts, or its subsystems will encounter; to design them for functionality, aesthetics, and the ability to withstand the forces and the thermal environment they will be subjected to; and to determine the best way to manufacture them and ensure they will operate without failure. Perhaps the one skill that is the mechanical engineer’s exclusive domain is the ability to analyze and design objects and systems with motion.
Therefore, an attempt has been made to bring researchers,
academicians, practicing engineers, consulting engineers,
equipment & products suppliers, as well as, all those
involved with the works related to Mechanical Engineering Conference-Innovation without limits, together on a single platform to discuss various issues.

Papers on the conference themes are invited from all prospective authors. Abstract in about 250 words is
requested from authors by post or email. The authors will
be informed about the acceptance of their abstract along
with the instructions for preparing photo ready typed
manuscript.

Eminent scholars and experts from esteemed organizations/institutions like will be requested to deliver expert lectures in the conference.

SOUVENIR
A souvenir will be printed and released to mark the occasion of the conference. This will contain abstract of accepted papers, invited lectures, messages and advertisements of various sponsors and agencies.

Industries are welcome to display products relevant to the themes of the workshop. For this purpose, a fee of Rs. 10,000/-, which includes the Registration fee for one delegate, will be charged from the participating industry. Interested parties may please contact the Organizers before 25th September, 2009 for further details.

TRAVEL, BOARDING AND LODGING ARRANGEMENTS
Travel, boarding and lodging expenses will have to be borne by the delegates or their sponsoring organizations. Boarding and lodging arrangements are to be made by the delegates themselves. However, stay arrangement in hotels can be arranged on an advance payment of Rs.500/-
(non refundable) through a Demand Draft in favour of the Velpur Incorporation.
SITE SEEING TOURS
Post conference site seeing tours for the delegates and accompanying spouses shall be arranged on October 26th, 2009.
An additional nominal fee of Rs. 1000/- per participant shall
be charged on account of this. No extra money will be
charged for accompanying spouse. A minimum of 20
participants is required for each excursion.
